Jennifer Frias

Jennifer Frias is a newly licensed clinical social worker based in West Texas. With three and a half years of dedicated work towards her clinical license, Jennifer has gained valuable experience in various settings. She has provided therapy in a behavioral health hospital, worked with homeless shelters, supported men arrested for family violence, and facilitated anger management sessions for court-ordered individuals. Jennifer has also worked extensively with youth in foster care, clients struggling with addiction, trauma survivors, those with mental health diagnoses, individuals with physical health ailments, and US Veterans. As a Solution-Focused, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, and Trauma Informed Care Counselor/Therapist, Jennifer believes in meeting clients where they are and collaboratively determining their therapy goals. She prides herself on being an advocate, a support system, and holding clients accountable when necessary. Jennifer’s approach is rooted in respect and kindness, and she is excited to begin working with you.
