Jennifer Grinter

Jennifer Grinter is a licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW, based in Texas with a remarkable 17-year professional work experience. She obtained her undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of Texas Austin and went on to complete her masters degree in social work from the University of Houston. Jennifer has an extensive background in working with clients who have received services at various levels of care, including inpatient, residential, partial hospital, and intensive outpatient settings. Her expertise lies in assisting individuals with a wide range of mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia and schizoaffective disorders, as well as gender identity and LGBTQ issues. Jennifer is also well-versed in treating eating disorders such as anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, ARFID, and binge eating disorder, in addition to providing support for individuals struggling with OCD, personality disorders, substance use, and co-occurring/dual diagnosis. In her practice, Jennifer prioritizes creating a safe and non-judgmental space for her clients, where they can openly share their thoughts and feelings.
