Jennifer Keena

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker based in St. Cloud, Minnesota. I have been providing counseling for over 15 years and use a variety of approaches to meet your specific needs. I have a masters degree in clinical social work and am an Air Force Veteran. I have been able to live in a number of places and work with a diverse population providing counseling to families, young adults, teenagers and victims of trauma. I have strong counseling skills that seem most helpful with clients overcoming trauma, depression, anxiety, self-esteem problems, addiction, abandonment and codependency. I use a client centered approach to establish goals with you and tend to practice cognitive behavioral or solution focused treatment to help improve things in your life. While I am here to listen, I will also provide you with ideas and skills to practice in your daily life so you may get some therapy “homework” from time to time. I realize that mental health is just as important as physical health and the two actually impact each other.
