Jennifer Le

Jennifer Le is a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Texas, with a strong background in psychology and mental health counseling. Graduating from the University of Texas, Dallas campus, in 2010 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology, she went on to obtain her Masters of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from Argosy University in 2012. Jennifer gained valuable experience working as a case manager and counselor at Lifepath Systems, where she had the opportunity to work with individuals with various diagnoses and struggles. Her passion lies in helping active military, veterans, and first responders overcome Post Traumatic Stress using Cognitive Processing Therapy. However, Jennifer’s expertise extends beyond this area, as she takes great pleasure in assisting individuals in developing and cultivating their happiness. She believes in the power of counseling to identify and replace negative thinking and behavioral patterns with healthier alternatives. Jennifer approaches each counseling session with an open mind, recognizing that everyone’s journey is unique. Her role is to collaborate with clients to identify and implement personalized tools for growth and development.
