I am a clinical social worker with 15+ years of experience . I received my masters degree from the University of New England, with a clinical focus is in the area of trauma / complex trauma, and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder ( this can include emotional, physical & sexual abuse). In addition to my trauma background, I have worked with a variety of individuals struggling with mood disorders ( anxiety / depression ), ADD/ADHD, grief & loss, divorce, parenting & co parenting, self confidence & relational challenges. I believe in creating a safe & empathetic environment that fosters relationship and connection with my clients. Providing you with an integrated treatment approach, that supports exploration & restoration of a sense of self, emotional well being & safety, & trust in oneโs daily experiences & relationships. We will work collaboratively to facilitate your personal growth & journey forward. My individualized & strength based approach incorporates a variety of therapeutic modalities & interventions. The therapeutic modalities & interventions I use include , affect regulation techniques, mind- body work, EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Cognitive behavioral therapy, and the integration of therapeutic art techniques.
