Jennifer Schlett

Jennifer Schlett is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 14 years of experience and 10,000+ hours of direct client contact. She specializes in multiple mental health disciplines, including human development, psychology, family therapy, and guidance and counseling. Jennifer understands the day-to-day struggles that individuals face, as she is a full-time wife and mother herself. She knows what it’s like to question if she’s a “good enough” mama, wife, and therapist. Jennifer believes that seeking outside help is a sign of bravery and strength, not weakness. She is dedicated to nurturing and empowering children, teens, parents, and couples. Jennifer has helped clients with various issues, such as stress and anxiety, depression, parenting, motivation, self-esteem, confidence, and relationships. She holds a B.S. in Early Childhood Education and Special Education from Sam Houston State University, as well as an M.A. in Psychology from Houston Baptist University. Jennifer is a round-the-clock domestic engineer, a mother to two teenagers, and runs her full-time counseling practice in Sugar Land, TX. She understands the vulnerability and discomfort that can come with seeking outside help, and she is here to support and empower you on your journey to a more fulfilling and happier life
