With over 20 years of experience I have dedicated myself to helping women therapeutically heal, achieve developmental growth and find peace. *I am a clinical specialist in the areas of adjustment and transitional phases, anxiety disorders, grief and loss, stress management, trauma and wholistic treatment options. *I have a strong clinical confidence and foundation in the areas of depression, eating disorders, general life management, relationships issues, sexual abuse and trauma to the brain. Trained and experienced in four treatment modalities; my therapeutic style is highly integrative. As well as being an independently licensed practitioner I am also a registered yoga teacher and reiki master. I uses a combination of evidence based holistic treatments to meet your specific goals and needs. I have had meaningful work experience in various environments; including crisis work, inpatient care locked units, outpatient settings, and in my private practice. We are living in an exciting time where technology has given us the power to connect, support and educated each other! I am excited to incorporate innovative technology and communication into my therapeutic practice and find myself willing to work flexible hours to do so. My hard work and dedication to my clients is driven by my genuine interest in seeing women succeed! I strongly believe the combination of my compassionate and ethical nature, extensive knowledge of mental health, and sound understanding of evidence based therapeutic techniques make me a desirable option for you to work with. Making counseling accessible, affordable and convenient for women are the main reasons why I am now adding online counseling to my practice.
