Jenny Lee

I have 15 years of counseling experience, working primarily with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, stress, self-esteem, codependency and life transitions. I also have training in addiction and trauma recovery. With my gentle and calm style, I listen with empathy, respect and unconditional positive regard. Talking to a therapist you feel safe and secure with can help you work through issues to find your truth and to find clarity in your path forward. Sometimes emotions and trauma can get stuck in our bodies and minds and keep us from healing and finding fulfillment in our lives. In addition to talk therapy, I use energy psychology in our sessions and can teach you simple techniques to help release these blocks. I tend to use a psychodynamic approach, meaning we look at how your childhood and past affects how you experience yourself and relationships. We work together to bring greater awareness to patterns that are keeping you stuck in your life. This awareness combined with the energy psychology techniques I use can help you feel a greater sense of freedom and empowerment in your life.
