After my honorable separation from the military, I became passionate to help serve those who are struggling with depression, trauma, and the underserved. I am specialized in trauma, substance misuse, cognitive processing, crisis counseling, moral reasoning, and serious mental illnesses. My specialized techniques are Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma Management Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Moral Reconation Therapy, Exposure Therapy, Seeking Safety Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered, and psychoeducation. I also have specialized training in the military, law enforcement, and firefighter culture.
