Jessica Futoran (LMHC)

Hello! My name is Jessica. I am a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) with 12+ years of professional experience working with teens and adults, both individually and in family/couples therapy. I believe you have many strengths that can assist you in working through life’s many trials. I have experience in helping clients with trauma and abuse, self-esteem and motivation, stress and anxiety, relationship issues, grief and loss, infertility and adoption, military service, and many other difficulties that life can bring. I approach therapy from a Christian perspective and believe that the Bible is the ultimate source of strength and support. However, if you do not wish to have therapy from a spiritual perspective, I am able to meet you where you are and support you in whatever way you need in this time. Taking the first step to look for help is hard and it took courage for you to reach out! I am excited to join with you on your journey of growth and healing!
