Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 10 years experience serving various individuals and families presenting with many different challenges, with 6+ years working as a licensed counselor. I work with a broad range of people who struggle with low self of esteem/self worth, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, employment challenges and provide overall life coaching skills. I am also experienced working with individuals and families with substance abuse issues and the unfortunate events that impact a family system, due to substance misuse and/or addiction. My counseling approach is warm, inviting and interactive. I strongly believe in treating people with dignity and respect. While it may be important to understand mental health and diagnoses, I personally do not believe in labeling people. I feel that I am great at building and maintaining positive relationships and I may be able to help you do so as well! My counseling approach is eclectic and combines but is not limited to: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Life Skills Coaching. All approaches are tailored to individual needs. It is extremely brave of you to reach out, in an effort to better yourself and your life!
