Jessica Grimm Callaway

Jessica Grimm Callaway, M.S., is a certified Licensed Professional Counselor through The Texas State Board of Examiners of Professional Counselors. With a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from Tarleton State University in 2003, Jessica went on to earn a Master of Science degree in Counseling Psychology from the same institution in 2007. She furthered her expertise by conducting research at the University of Texas at Arlington as a research assistant, focusing on health psychology and studying topics such as stress, resilience, exercise, and health issues like cancer, diabetes, and disability. Throughout her counseling career, Jessica has gained experience in various areas, including career counseling, women and trauma, anger management, and couples dealing with health issues. She has also had her work published in the Journal of Applied Biobehavioral Research, exploring the relationship between stress and exercise among college students.
