Jessica Utter

Jessica Utter is a dedicated and passionate therapist who is committed to providing support to individuals who struggle with trauma. With specialized training in EMDR, Cognitive-Behavioral, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, and Dialectical Behavior modalities, Jessica has the expertise to help clients effectively function in their everyday lives. Her areas of specialization include working with military veterans and first responders and their families, individuals with complex childhood trauma, relationship issues resulting from trauma, substance use disorders and addictive behaviors, phobias and anxiety disorders, codependency, and mood disorders. As a fully licensed LPC in the State of Texas, Jessica graduated at the top of her class with Master’s degrees in both Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Addiction’s Counseling. She is also a member of the esteemed Chi Sigma Iota Honor Society. With Jessica’s compassionate and knowledgeable approach, clients can trust that they are in capable hands.
