Hi there, I am a licensed independent social worker with over 15 years of experience in the medical field. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, and chronic health issues. Prior to working in the medical field, I worked in mental health clinics and helped patients manage and overcome life crises. I also specialize in helping people get connected with community resources for basic needs such as affordable housing, food, and health insurance. My counseling style is warm, interactive, and solution-focused. I believe that listening well and meeting people where they are at emotionally, mentally, and in all aspects is key. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused counseling. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your own specific needs and what you would like to achieve. It definitely takes courage and motivation to seek help and positive change in your life. If you are ready to take that step I am here to support and empower you. My practice hours are 7:45am – 4pm Monday – Friday. I usually check my messages 2-3 times each week unless it is the weekend. I would then respond to you that following Monday.
