Jody Pratt (LMFT)

I am licensed in Arizona with 22 years of professional work experience. I have began providing therapy in 2009. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, & trauma and abuse. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I am mindful that my clients’ lives happen in a specific context and am careful to honor that uniqueness. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower clients in that journey. I do not believe therapy has to last forever once you start and I do not believe there is anything wrong with you. Everyone finds themselves in spots throughout life that they don’t know how to get out of themselves.
