I am licensed and in good standing as a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Texas since 1998. I am completely invigorated by the advent of online counseling and have been doing it for the last five years. I was traditionally educated and trained in accredited public and private universities in Texas. I received my Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology. My training/education/experience includes treating depression, anxiety, trauma, relational issues, peak performance, family discord, spousal discord, substance abuse, sexual issues, and behavioral disorders. I am trained in Cognitive/Cognitive-Behavioral therapy and EMDR (Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)which is an evidence based, trauma informed therapy which is not just for Trauma, but other events that have derailed you from maximizing your productivity and happiness. Whatever your issue, I will provide you with professional and experienced guidance/counsel at this point in your life from the perspective of my training and years of professional experience. I have worked with people struggling with severe mental illness and people wanting to just perform better in some area of their lives. I am vigilant in my work and find few things in life more thrilling and satisfying than helping. Lets get started!
