I provide online psychotherapy for adults who are basically mentally healthy and who need guidance in handling the challenges of everyday life. Psychotherapy involves professional guidance in resolving conflicts and emotional problems by helping people make healthy changes in ways of thinking, feeling, and behaving.  This is accomplished by using cognitive behavioral techniques and psychoeducation.  I use problem-solving and mental health recovery models.  I have made a long journey to find my truth.
