Dr. John Velasquez

Dr. John Velasquez is a licensed psychologist with over 22 years of experience in the field. He holds a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Texas A&M University and completed his internship at the University of Washington School of Medicine. With a background as a professor for 20 years, Dr. Velasquez specializes in working with young adults and has extensive expertise in this area. Throughout his career, he has worked in various settings, including university counseling centers, under-served community centers, outpatient behavioral health clinics, veteran mental health disability evaluations, and telehealth services for the past five years. Dr. Velasquez is well-versed in multiple therapeutic theories and techniques and tailors his approach to meet the unique needs of each individual.
