Jonathan Lewis

Hello, my name is Jonathan Lewis, MHS, LPC, and I believe you are taking a positive step in the right direction. I hold a Master of Human Service degree and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. It takes courage to seek for a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. You have taken that step and I am here to support and empower you. I am adept in patient support, assessments and care plans. Furthermore, my on-the-job experience has afforded me a well-rounded skill set, including top tier leadership and analytical abilities. My ability to conduct affective therapeutic sessions and groups, educate patients, families, and community members, collaborate and communicate with all care team members, and respond to the patient, family and organizational request accordingly are some of my strong suits. Aside from my experience and personal qualities, my passion for change is at the core of my counseling.
