I am a humanistically-focused psychotherapist, and have worked with working folks as well as disabed individuals. My focus is on genuineness, and being a non-judgmental and attentive listener. I employ gentle humor when appropriate, and keep an open mind. I respect and celebrate difference in areas of human sexuality and chosen lifestyle, and understand non-binary thinking and views. My training is both psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioral, and I employ elements of both in my work.
