Welcome! I am Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California. I graduated with a Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology from National University in 2012, and have been in the social service field since 2010. Since that time, I have worked with a wide array of individuals spanning from a young 4 year old girl with behavioral issues to a 106 year old individual in a Memory Care unit and everything in between. While my specialty is working with adolescents and individuals struggling with substance abuse, I enjoy working with everyone, and if we’re not a fit, feel free to let me know. These past several years I have been very fortunate to run residential treatment programs for youth, and outpatient treatment programs for adults. As much as I enjoy working with clients, I have also been thrilled to share my passion and experience to coach and supervise interns and employees entering the field. While I will use an eclectic, strengths based and trauma informed approach to therapy, I primarily lean towards using a Client Centered approach with Motivational Interviewing and/or Solution Focused Therapy. Depending on your needs, I also have extensive experience with Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Interventions for Substance Use (CBI-SU), Hypnotherapy, and Music Therapy. No matter the case, I promise to provide you a safe space, free of judgement and with a listening ear. I’d be delighted to assist you in reaching your goals. Thanks for stopping by!
