My approach to psychotherapy is a person-centered one. Our time together should be and will be all about you. You are the “author” of your life story. If you allow me to be part of your story, I will do so with great care, compassion, and gratitude. We will work towards your goals together, always moving towards your own self care, self acceptance, and self love, as we do. I have been counseling people for many years. Whether working in treatment centers, giving workshops and seminars, or doing onsite crisis counseling, I have always felt tremendously grateful for the opportunity to work and connect with others, especially those in need. I believe it takes strength and courage to choose therapy and ask for assistance, which is why I have the utmost respect for those I see.
