Hello My name is Joseph and and I am a clinical social worker (LICSW) with 7 years of experience in treating a diverse group of clients from adolescents to older adults. I received my Masters Degree from Boston College I believe deeply that people hold the potential to manage and improve their lives with approrpiate support and some new skills. I have helped those struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, addictions, bi-polar disorders, and more. However I also know that sometimes people just need a supportive person in their lives to help them feel understood not because of mental health issues but because life can just be hard. Some of the models of treatment I use are cognitive behavior therapy, motivational interviewing, solution focused therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy. I look forward to hearing from you.
