I have worked with individuals, families, couples, and groups to help them heal and work through their suffering. I have worked in various settings i.e. residential, community based, schools, homes, hospital outpatient clinics, and virtually/telemedicine. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, anger management, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. Both personally and professionally I have had the privilege to bear witness to humanities highest highs and lowest lows. These invaluable experiences have helped me believe in the resiliency of humanity. It has brought both meaning and purpose to my life, and I view this work as sacred.
