I am licensed in Virginia with 30 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, coping with life changes and the aging process. My approach to therapy is based on the individual needs of each client. I use an eclectic style based upon the identified needs. My style is a good fit for all ages of adults with a lot of experience working in the older adult population. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion.
