Every person goes through times in their lives when they desire change, have to face life’s difficulties, want to figure out how to challenge themselves, or simply feel that their old ways are no longer working for them in their lives. I take the time to understand each individual client in order to tailor their treatment to their unique circumstances. I believe that the connection between therapist and client in the therapeutic process is fundamental for healing and change to occur. My goal is always to provide a safe, empathic and non-judgmental environment to to facilitate healing and change. As a licensed clinical social worker since 2002, I specialize in anxiety, depression, addiction, relationship issues and self-esteem issues. My approach is collaborative and goal-oriented. In therapy, I work to enhance insight of inner workings and explore options that decrease emotional distress. You have taken the first step toward a more fulfilling and engaging life.
