Hello! My name is Judy. I am Licensed Professional Counselor licensed in Michigan. I have worked with people with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse. My approach utilizes empathy, acceptance, and genuineness. I try to enter your world and perspective without judgement so that you are free to explore your thoughts and feelings. I will be as authentic as possible. I am an excellent listener and will listen to you. You will lead the therapy and work on self discovery. You are the expert on your life and determine the direction and depth of therapy. I will help you to identify strengths that help to accomplish goals. . My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don’t believe in labels.
