Judy Boland is a dedicated and experienced Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 23 years of successful practice. Her passion lies in working collaboratively with individuals to help them live their best lives and truly thrive. Recognizing that everyone has their own unique strengths and capabilities, Judy believes in empowering her clients to uncover their inner potential and find their voice. Since graduating from the University of Central Texas in 1997 and obtaining her license in 1999, Judy has been providing effective counseling services in Texas. She has had the privilege of working with a diverse range of individuals, including military personnel and first responders struggling with PTSD. Judy specializes in helping those who have experienced traumatic situations and aims to help them reclaim their identity beyond any labels. With her extensive background in various treatment settings, including inpatient, residential, outpatient, and private practice, Judy utilizes evidence-based techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused counseling.
