Julia Davis

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 14 years of experience. I have Bachelor degrees in Psychology and Social Work and a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Central Florida. I also have a lot of life experience. I have grown up in the military and traveled all over the Unites States. I have traveled throughout Europe, South Africa, and Mexico. I thoroughly enjoy helping people (Individuals, Families, and Couples) and have a broad base of therapy knowledge including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (Trauma Focused) , Solution Focused, Psychodynamic, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Client-Centered, and Mindfulness approaches. I like to use what works the best and quickest for the person I am helping which is usually a mixture of the above. I have worked with a wide variety of clients that struggle with mental illness (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Autism, Asperger’s, ADHD, Bipolar, Schizophrenia, Depression, Anxiety, Defiance, Anger Management, Mood Disorders, Personality Disorders, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Stress Disorders, Emotional and Behavior Disorders, Adjustment Disorders, Impulse Control Disorders), addiction, and relationship problems.
