It takes a lot of courage to take the first step in asking for help. I am committed to helping my clients address their needs and I like to meet them where they are. It is important to get to know my clients in order to help them work toward a healthier and more productive lifestyle. I am a licensed practical counselor and mental health specialist and have been in the field for over 6 years. While I work with a variety of people I am especially passionate about working with clients with addiction, anxiety disorders, depression, and trauma. I am also certified in EMDR. Finding a therapist doesn’t have to be overwhelming. I look forward to meeting with you to begin your journey of recovery.
