Hi! I am a licensed therapist in Alabama with over 15 years of experience. I’m compassionate, non-judgmental, and have a great sense of humor. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, grief, relationship issues, and trauma. My therapy style is warm and engaging. I strive to provide a safe and comfortable environment for my clients. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I don’t believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, dialectical-behavioral, and solution-focused therapy. Therapy is about your goals and objectives, not what I think you should do.
