I am a licensed clinical social worker in Illinois with 10 years of professional work experience, working with a host of populations . I have experience in helping clients with trauma and abuse. Although I am not a certified Dialectical Behavioral Therapist, I draw from a myriad of therapeutic interventions that include Mindfulness practices, Narrative therapy, and other techniques in formulating a safe, and mutually respectful environment that fosters alternative ways of viewing interpersonal conflicts and resolution skill building.
