About Kafayat (Ayoka) Hannah's service

I am a licensed clinical social worker in South Carolina with over 10 years of experience working with people of all ages and backgrounds who are experiencing issues such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, grief and loss and mood disorders. I’ve also worked with individuals experiencing parenting concerns and self esteem concerns. Within the therapeutic relationship, we will work to develop goals to support your individual needs and move towards change. We will work toward positive change by implementing an number of evidenced based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solutions Focused Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. Through self-reflection, therapy can help you develop your capacity to be more self-aware, challenge negative thoughts and build towards a more safe and healthy life functioning. I believe that prioritizing one’s mental health is an investment in self, it is an active step towards your healing journey. I look forward to working with you.
