Karen Curtin is a dedicated clinical therapist in psychology who is passionate about helping individuals achieve positive emotional growth. With twenty-eight years of experience providing inspired mental health clinical treatment, Karen offers extensive professional knowledge and a deep understanding of the process of psychological healing. She is a licensed Professional Counselor, an EMDRIA Certified EMDR therapist, and is Flash Technique trained. Additionally, Karen has maintained a mindful yoga practice for over thirty-four years, which she mindfully integrates into her treatment approach. Using a warm, accessible, and relational manner, Karen incorporates several treatment modalities including EMDR/Flash Technique, Interpersonal, Transpersonal, Relational, Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Mindfulness-Based (MBCT), Solution Focused Brief (SFBT), Long-Term Depth Psychotherapy, Strength-Based and Positive, and Trauma Informed.
