I have been working as a mental health therapist for over 23 years. I started in crisis work and have extensive knowledge regarding working with persons in crisis. I have facilitated a variety of groups including DBT. My education focused on motivated individuals facilitate their change. I have provided individual, group, couples and family counseling. My area of comfort is working with individuals ages 14 and up. If I cannot help you, I can help point you in the direction of someone who can.
