Kasey Polk

Kasey Polk is a licensed professional counselor in Texas with four years of experience helping children, adolescent, and adult clients work through their issues. She has a strong focus on working with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, complex trauma, a history of abuse, relational difficulties, mood disorders, and externalizing behaviors in children and adolescents. Kasey utilizes a variety of therapeutic approaches in her practice, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and other trauma-informed therapies. She firmly believes that clients are the experts of their own stories and possess many strengths that can assist them in overcoming challenges. Kasey recognizes the courage it takes to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and is dedicated to supporting and empowering clients on their journey towards positive change.
