I’m passionate about helping you experience wholeness and freedom. I believe the stories we tell ourselves matter. Together, we’ll explore the stories you’ve been telling yourself, create mutual goals for therapy, and work as efficiently as possible to bring you relief and healing. Therapy with me feels caring and nurturing, yet straightforward and directive when it’s helpful. I’ll follow your lead but will intervene if I see you getting stuck or standing in the way of your own healing. When I’m not working, I love spending time with my husband and son. We enjoy listening to music, hiking, skiing, and gardening. I also love hanging out with my friends drinking coffee and sharing life stories. I am licensed in Colorado with 12 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with relationship issues, motivation, self-esteem, confidence, depression, and anxiety & compassion fatigue. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
