I am licensed in Minnesota and Iowa with 11 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, trauma and abuse, & intimacy related issues. I think it is brave to ask for help when you need it. I practice with a lot of patience, empathy, and compassion. It is my job to make this a safe place for you to talk about difficult things and work on your goals. Therapy is a relationship and the relationship we develop is (according to research) the best predictor of good outcomes for clients in therapy – if we’re not a good match that’s okay! There is a therapist out there who is the right fit for you. It is my job to earn your trust in this process, and that is a responsibility that I do not take lightly. Here are a few non-therapy things about me! I love musical theater (as a spectator, not performer), reading and being at the lake bring me joy, and I am sentimental.
