About Katherine Sibblies's service

I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in North Carolina, with over 10 years of experience in providing therapy to adults, adolescents, children and families. My Masters Degree is in Agency Counseling from North Carolina Central University. I utilize a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Reality Therapy along with solution focused techniques (based on client’s needs). I enjoy providing support and guidance as individuals address barriers, life changes, and/or relationship difficulties. My belief is that therapy is a process and a journey, that allows an individual to break through challenges, find motivation, or to develop a healthier mindset that will allow one to live freely in their best versions of themselves.
