I am Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Certified Integrative Mental Health Profession in Florida with 10 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma, abuse, motivation, self esteem, confidence, & depression. I use a psychotherapeutic approach and I may also incorporate aspects of health which include looking at nutrition, supplements, sleep, and gut health for a whole body approach to mental health. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
