Kathryn Chacra is a compassionate and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in helping adults, adolescents, and parents navigate mental health issues, medical trauma, grief, and life transitions. With over two decades of experience, she has developed a deep understanding of behavioral science and the power of helping individuals with their emotions and thought patterns to improve their overall well-being.
