Hello. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Florida. I have been working with Individuals and families for over 15 years. I have experience in walking with clients through anxiety, depression, grief, family issues and other concerns. Life can be very challenging sometimes and it can be helpful to have someone walk with you on this journey. I use a client-centered approach to tailor my techniques to each individual. I also build on the strengths that each person has to guide them. Depending on the client, I will also use Cognitive Behavioral techniques to discover how our thoughts affect our feelings and behaviors.
