I have over 20 years of experience as a mental health therapist licensed in Minnesota. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, motivation, self-esteem and confidence, depression, & coping with life changes. I believe everyone is doing the best they can we what they have. Therapy is an opportunity to reaffirm what resources you currently have and to identify opportunities to supplement these. I believe you know yourself best, so listening and truly understanding your unique needs and what you are seeking to gain through therapy is essential to your satisfaction.
