I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) working with clients who have presented with grief/loss, anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, family conflicts, parenting challenges, and relationship concerns. My non-judgmental, therapeutic style embodies empathy, trust, sensitivity, care, and genuineness while delivering high-quality services. During the session(s), I often utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy. However, if theoretical approaches are not suitable for the client(s), I employ other approaches based on their need(s). I am of the belief that it takes a lot of courage to seek professional help and commend you for taking the first step. I look forward to us working together!
