Keilyn Goatley

I am a clinical mental health counselor working full time here at Betterhelp. I previously worked at a non-for-profit agency that provides services to children and families involved in foster care. I had been with this organization for a little over 2.5 years and am still passionate about that field. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns like trauma, depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, BPD, bipolar disorder, relationship and attachment issues, parenting struggles, and struggles with motivation. My counseling style is laid back, interactive, and warm. I want individuals to have a safe space to take off their mask and relax into who they are during our time together. I treat my clients with respect and compassion. I utilize cognitive-behavioral techniques, person-centered, and a psychodynamic approach. Also, since I have worked with individuals who have experienced physical and emotional trauma, I am trained with a trauma-informed approach that I use in many areas of my life. Many of my clients also enjoy doing art therapy with me! I am told I have an approach that is comfortable, unique, and effective. I tailor treatment to YOUR individual needs. We collaborate together and I will help you gain insight and healing during our time together.
