Welcome! My name is Keisha and I am a License Mental Health Counselor(LMHC) and a Certified Therapeutic Recreational Specialist(CTRS). I have a master in mental health counseling and bachelors in therapeutic recreation. I have over 10 years experience working adults within the human services filed. I work majority with young adults and teens that identify with depression, anxiety and various life changes. My approach to counseling is to improve the overall quality of life using counseling and recreation techniques. My style is relax, safe ,non judgmental environment using evidence base models. Understanding everyone and situation is different, we will work together to collaborate on what models and techniques will work best for you.
