About Keith Chazin's service

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and I received my Masters Of Social Work from Tulane University. I am experienced in working with individuals and families recovering from the effects of addiction, codependence, mental illness, grief and loss, depression, and anxiety. Authentic understanding of every client is my goal, and my approach is person-centered and rooted in empathy and mindfulness. I am humbled to be invited into the lives of my clients, and partner with them in their journeys toward growth. I firmly believe that we all have the potential to transform ourselves and thrive when given the right tools. My role as a therapist is to create a space of trust, safety, and compassion with which to support you. Reaching out for help is an affirmation of our connection to one another, and it would be my privilege to accompany and guide you on your journey.
