Greetings! I am a licensed mental health counselor in Washington state with 3 years of professional work experience counseling a variety of people from diverse backgrounds and mental health needs. I have an additional 4 years in promoting suicide prevention education and activities in high stress environments. My experience includes helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, anger management, & bipolar disorder.
