I enjoy helping parents understand their kids/teens better and assisting people in empowering themselves. My clients get customized tutorial videos, for example deep breathing, boundaries & break up hacks, podcasts on how to be yourself, how to use music and art to express yourself and more. Schedule in EDT/EST (New York time) Monday- Thursday 9 am to 4 pm (Friday and weekends off) I respond to messages within 24 hours if not on the same day unless around days off. Occasional early evening sessions Monday & Wednesday.
