Hi my name is Kelly! I am 30 years old, married and a mom to a rambunctious toddler. I am a licensed LMHC in New York with over 5 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with many life changes and stressors including stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, family conflicts, & coping with grief and loss. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I’m here to be an outside third party from your life and a sounding board to help identify and take next steps toward accomplishing your goals.
